Empleo: diageo customer marketing executive off trade paraguay in asunción, paraguay 59028br autoreqid: 59028br reporting location: asunción country: paraguay function: sales type of job: employee external job description: purpose of the role the customer marketing coordinator leads all cmo activities in the domestic paraguay market, with the operational help of a customer marketing jr. analyst who also has a focus on the on trade channel. this person will need to deploy all commercial standards for the domestic market, identifying joint business opportunities with both of the local business partners (local distributors), plans that are built along with the sales team. commercial standards tasks are divided into four main buckets: planning (integrated business plan), activation, performance & measurement, all of which must deliver a "stable" grade according to the global sales opex agenda. this will demand a step change on the way we deploy our commercial agenda locally, since all of the commercial standards today have a baseline grade. customer marketing programs are developed to drive profitable growth for the customer and us, while satisfying shoppers / consumers motivations, resulting in driving more shoppers to customers outlets and/or increase their number of visits and/or spending per visit. top 3-5 accountabilities:
lead sales unit to generate a strong commercial calendar out of the ibp for each commercial cycle
commercial & activity planning.
business performance management.
trade & outlet consumer segmentation.

inspire sales teams of distributors for a brilliant implementation of agreed cycle brief
cycle planning & briefing guide.
brilliant execution through sales teams.
writing a persuasive sale.
activity calendar & execution standards. 3. performance + measurement & evaluation
lead measurement & evaluation process within each sales unit. provide clear input to qbr's for reserve & premium portfolio.

a&p ownership. qualifications and responsibilities: qualification / experience
bachelor degree in finance, administration, economy, marketing, engineering
two years' experience
software skills: microsoft office, excel & powerpoint with higher proficiency.
functional sales capabilities
ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
commercial experience/exposure highly beneficial.
strong communication skills.
